  3. The customer order status will be maintained by HC.
  4. Customer complaint report will be maintained by HC.

As an ISO company the vendors of ISC should adhere to -

  1. All bought out items and services shall conform to accepted specification, quality and delivery schedule.
         For which, we will maintain
              a). An approved vendor list.
              b). Vendor Asessment.
              c). Review record of vendor performance.
              d). Site visit for capacity and performance verification.
  2. Any vendor having ISO certification shall be enlisted and approved based on records submitted.
  3. Evaluation of vendors based on quality, price and delivery on a scale of 100.
